Our Service Contracts do just that and best of all require no long term commitment or large capital outlay on your end to get started. Instead you may subscribe on a quarter-to-quarter (3 month increments) basis allowing us to demonstrate the value of our offering without "locking you in."

The objectives of the Interlink Advantage Service Contract:

  3. To stabilize budget and help maintain the total cost of ownership

What you receive from the Service Contract:

  • Dedicated Support Team
  • Guaranteed On-Site Response
  • For emergency IT situations that require immediate on-site support in between scheduled visits; an Interlink Advantage network engineer will respond within 4 business hours or less of request.
  • Remote Network Administration
  • Quick and easy remote support via terminal services and/or telephone for software and user related issues that do not require on-site support. This feature provides end-users with quick and easy remote support as a cost effective alternative to on-site support.
  • Routine Maintenance Visits
  • Removal of all dust from inside of computer and peripherals.
  • Wash all outside surfaces of computer console.
  • Secure all internal and external computer cables.
  • Optimize system configuration and resources for maximum performance.
  • Remove any device conflicts and system lags.
  • Update virus definitions and run scans.
  • Check for spyware and remove.
  • Install latest operating system updates and security patches.
  • Update hardware and software inventory asset worksheets.
  • Diagnose computer hardware components to ensure they are working properly.
  • Task Documentation Reports
  • All work performed by us will be documented and provided to you with each invoice for your records.
  • All computer hardware and software changes we make will also be reported and updated in the asset inventory work sheets.
